Your stay at Villa Lucie
The villa
In the Palmeraie, Villa Lucie combines six suites, a private two-hectare garden and a 25-metre pool. The main house is presented for 12 guests, with shared spaces opening onto the garden.
The main house and a neighbouring option
The six main-house suites have bathrooms and air conditioning. Accommodation for up to 14 depends on bed arrangements that need confirmation. Four additional suites can be rented in a separate nearby villa: a total group of 20 requires that separate rental and agreement on availability and layout.
Garden, pool and wellness
A central patio, living room with fireplace, terraces and dining room shape the shared spaces. A hammam, massage area and gym are listed. The pickleball court is shared. Pool heating depends on the season and booking conditions.
Services to discuss
Daily housekeeping and garden and pool maintenance are listed. Breakfast, a private chef, massages and exercise sessions can be requested. Your proposal should specify what is included and any extra charges.
Stay rules
Parties and festive events are not allowed; outside guests require prior approval. Confirm beds for additional guests, the minimum stay, cancellation terms and any pool-heating charges.
Use of the property
Parties: not permitted in the property information.
Working meetings: permission not established. A quiet business stay is a separate request to discuss.
